Shipping & Returns

Orders ship from North Vancouver, British Columbia using Canada Post.

Processing Time

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2-3 business days. If you need your order in a rush, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We will always try to notify you of any delays.

Packaging

We package your order using the most cost effective method. This could mean that if you purchase multiple items they may be shipped separately. Should you have a strong preference to ship your order as one package, please contact us to let us know exactly what you're ordering, what your packaging preference is, and we will offer you an updated shipping rate.

Approximate Regular (Non-holiday) Delivery Times

Vancouver & Lower Mainland: 2-5 business days
Rest of Canada: 5-10 business days
United States: 7-10 Business days
International: 10-15 Business days

*Within Canada we generally do NOT offer tracking on sizes XS-M, because of the smaller packaging we are able to use. It allows us to send the package "oversized letter", but that means we don't get a tracking number.
**Orders to the USA and international are generally not trackable.

If you require tracking, get in touch as soon as you place your order, and we will invoice for the increased level of postal service before shipping.

Local Pick-up

We do offer a local pick-up option for our Vancouver and Lower Mainland customers. Simply contact us to let us know you'd like to pick up an order in-store at Delish General Store, in Edgemont Village in North Vancouver. We are also able to meet customers for drop off in North Van, West Van, and sometimes Squamish and Whistler.

Our goal is to provide our customers with top-notch products and service.  Should you have any problems with your order, please contact us. We appreciate all feedback and continually strive to improve both our products and service.  

If you feel that your shipping quote at check-out is not reflective of actual shipping and handling costs, if you would like to add tracking or increase insurance coverage of your shipment, or if you require your package by a certain date, please contact us for a custom shipping quote. 

Returns

As a subsidiary of Delish General Store we have a 30 day return policy. Beyond the 30 day period we cannot issue any refunds but will offer an exchange or store-credit to be used on another Strong as a Mother product. Gift cards are exempted from this policy and are final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Changes to orders

When the machine is working the way it should be, we are getting orders and shipping out product as quickly as possible. And so, sometimes we ship orders even quicker than we check our emails - meaning we often cannot institute changes to orders that have already been placed. We will do it when we can, but often times it won't work out -- so just be super careful when you're placing your order and all should be well!

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange your purchased item for another product, received a damage item and would like to exchange it for the same item, or are past the 30 day return period please contact us and send your item to Delish General Store. Please note that exchanges where no damage has occurred will be at the cost of the customer.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
